<li>The contest will begin on July 1st, 2011 and end 72 hours after the last tweet occurs with hashtag #cameragenius and a link to geniustweet.com.  The winner will be notified via twitter.  If they do not respond within 72 hours, the contest will continue until a new winner occurs.</li>
<li>The last tweet is when no further tweet activity occurs with the hashtag #cameragenius and a link to geniustweet.com for a period of 72 hours.</li>
<li>The prize is for one 16GB Wifi iPad 2 with a retail value of $500.  The total prize amount will not exceed $500 in total regardless of contest outcome.  If the contest winner resides outside of the United States, the winner will be given a $500 Gift Certificate from Amazon.com instead of an iPad 2.</li>
<li>To enter the contest one must tweet about the promotion at geniustweet.com with the link to the contest page and the hashtag #cameragenius. The contestant must use their own twitter handle to enter the contest.  Any contestant using bots or scripts to post the tweet will be disqualified from the contest. </li>
<li>This promotion is void where prohibited by law.  No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the contest.  Employees of CodeGoo and relatives of CodeGoo employees are not allowed to participate in the contest. </li>
<li>By entering this contest, the contestant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless CodeGoo and it's employees against all claims related to the contest and your participation in the contest.</li>
